How long does it take to see results?
If you send review requests to your customers on day 1 of using Reputation Manager, you should see reviews start coming in on day 2 and 3.
Typically, our clients see reviews coming in within 24-72 hours of sending review requests. Clients of ours who use Reputation Manager daily, also see new reviews come in daily.
How many reviews should I expect to see?
Do I have to pay to use SMS Mode?
If you want to send SMS review requests you will need to purchase SMS credits.
However, you can send an unlimited amount of reveiw requests via email at no extra cost.
SMS credits can be purchased at $10/100, $18/200, $40/500 or $140/2000 credits if desired.
Unused SMS credits don’t expire, so if you don’t use them you won’t lose them.
SMS credits can be used as follows:
- USA = 1 credit per SMS
- Canada = 1 credit per SMS
- UK = 2 credits per SMS
